Max Roll
Max Roll is a free-to-use character builder app for Diablo II (other ARPGs are featured as well). The app is regularly updated as new patches come out, and can be used both to finetune stats, skills, and equipment to in order to figure out how they scale or how to to hit certain breakpoints.
Max Roll does not require an account to be used, but account are free and allow you to save and reload builds.

d2jsp Forums is a forum for online trading where valuable items are traded. The on-site currency is called Gold (usually referred to as “FG” or “Forum Gold” outside the forum). Forum Gold has an exchange rate of $0.0308 – 0.0345 depending on the gold pack bought, however it’s prohibited by d2jsp Forums to sell Forum Gold.
